Hormone Yoga Therapy Workshops and Classes

Would you like to learn the HYT method and apply it to your life to heal your hormonal system and prevent disease?

HYT will improve your health, increase flexibility, strength, detoxify the body, improve metabolism, digestion and immunity. You can learn the entire sequence including anti-stress and relaxation exercises during a HYT workshop. You will receive individual guidance and learn how to practice yourself at home or with a regular class.

There are no special requirements to join the course. Only positive attitude and determination to feel better.

VeruYoga offers:

Intensive workshops: during 1,5 or 2 days (10 hours) you quickly learn the whole method, meet other likeminded and empowered women, become a part of a community and most importantly enjoy your time and relax.

Refresher classes: for those women, who have already attended the intensive workshop there are also classes available on-demand to refresh and deepen your knowledge.

Individual or group tailored classes and workshops: these can be tailored for the needs of you personally or of your social or professional group.

What will HYT workshop bring you:

Healing and prevention

You will improve your body’s ability to heal and rejuvenate itself and regain health and vitality. There is a growing body of evidence and research on HYT and its positive effect, hormonal balancing and alleviation of symptoms connected with lack of hormones. 1 2

Excercise for which you only need your body

Once you attend the workshop, you can use this method by yourself for the rest of your life. You can exercise in the comfort of your home and you only need space and a pillow.

Practical self care method, which you can use by yourself in your own time and space

You can experiment with the effects of the exercise. The general rule is that more often you do it, better results you get. But you can adjust your own “dosage” based on your problems, symptoms, desire for improvement and time available.

Ability to exercise without any previous knowledge of yoga or this method

You don’t need to know anything about yoga to learn this method. Even if you didn’t do any exercise for a long time this practice can be practiced by women of all shapes, ages and physical fitness and with regular exercise, you will soon feel the improvement, whatever is your starting point.

Inner peace and new found balance and calm

You will learn very effective yet simple stress relieving methods you could apply to your everyday life.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

The course will take place on Friday from 11:00 to 17:00 and continue on Saturday from 15:00 – 19:00. You only need comfortable clothes and a good spirit to attend. Yoga mats and other equipment are available at ILI.

On Friday we start with a brief lecture and explanation of the method and its background and after that, we will learn and practice the HYT sequence, which we will repeat at least 4 times over the weekend. We will also learn many anti-stress techniques and a variety of breathing exercises (pranayama), which complement the series.

The purpose of the two days is to learn this method so that you can practice yourself. In the end, it is only approximately 30-minute sequence for home practice. During the workshop we will go deep into the postures, making sure everyone understands them and performs them well, to get the desired results. You will also receive all the materials and an audio track, which can then help you to practice at home.

Price: 70 JOD for both days, Early bird: 65 JOD if attendance confirmed and deposit paid by 18.10 2019.
